Question 1

How often should I get my car detailed?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your driving habits and conditions. For regular commuters, we recommend a maintenance detail every 2-3 months. High-mileage drivers or those in harsh conditions may benefit from monthly details. We offer customisable maintenance plans to suit your needs.

Question 2

What's the difference between detailing and a regular car wash?

Accepted Answer

Unlike a regular car wash, professional detailing focuses on safely restoring and protecting every surface of the vehicle. Automated washes often use harsh chemicals and abrasive brushes that can damage paint and create swirl marks. Detailing uses premium products, safe techniques, and meticulous cleaning to achieve a far deeper, higher-quality finish.

Question 3

How long does ceramic coating last?

Accepted Answer

Ceramic coating longevity depends on the type of coating selected, how the vehicle is maintained, storage conditions, and environmental exposure. We offer coating options ranging from approximately 12 months, 1–3 years, 3–5 years and 5–7 year coatings. Proper maintenance and safe washing methods are essential to maximise durability and performance.

Question 4

Will paint correction damage my car's paint?

Accepted Answer

No. When performed by professionals, paint correction actually improves your paint. We use specialized polishing techniques to remove only the clear coat damage (swirls, scratches) while preserving the integrity of your paint system. Your paint will be protected and enhanced.

Question 5

How long does a full detail take?

Accepted Answer
